The Work Xmas Party !

 

Bestie and I at the work Xmas party.

I have mixed feelings.

After 16 years I still dont have suitable shifts.

Which means,I dont have a job in 2 weeks.

The party was emotional and exhausting (mentally).

Some people are leaving after 35 years........

Perfect timing and a perfect permanant headache.

I have 6 months left of course, I need 2 of these months off due to Student placement.

That soes not sound good on a CV or over the phone or the fact that in 6 months I will be taking on a totally different nursing role....

Unit Nurse managers worry that,they will hire me as a team member and then I become a team leader and "some staff" might not cope......

Gawd life really does suck sometimes....

Off to make a few more phone calls....
